Postpartum-aware track

Postpartum movement support without treatment claims.

The PelviKit postpartum track is designed for gradual, low-impact movement after pregnancy. It emphasizes breath, gentle activation, posture, mobility, and confidence returning to Pilates-style exercise.

It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, pain, prolapse, incontinence, or any medical condition. Users should follow their clinician's advice and pause if symptoms occur.

Clearance first

Start only after receiving postpartum exercise clearance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Gentle baseline

Use breath, supported positions, and small ranges of motion before adding ring or slider resistance.

Progress slowly

Move from floor-based core work to wall Pilates, standing strength, and longer flows over time.

Know when to stop

Pressure, heaviness, pain, leaking, dizziness, or bulging are signs to stop and seek professional guidance.

Education-first guidance.

PelviKit keeps the program clear about what it can and cannot do.

Reviewed for clarity

Program language is reviewed for consumer readability, exercise progression, and claim boundaries. PelviKit does not use named clinician endorsements unless a reviewer relationship is documented.

Good fit for

  • Adults seeking low-impact home Pilates.
  • Users cleared for pelvic floor exercises or postpartum movement.
  • People who want guided wall Pilates and Pilates ring routines.

Not a fit for

  • Uncleared postpartum or post-surgery exercise.
  • New or worsening pain, pressure, leaking, or bulging.
  • Anyone needing diagnosis, treatment, or individualized rehab.

Questions before you train.

Short answers for fit, safety, equipment, and daily use.

Is PelviKit only for postpartum users?

No. The main program is for home Pilates, pelvic floor awareness, and core strength. The postpartum track is a dedicated option for users who have been cleared to resume exercise.

Does this treat diastasis recti or pelvic floor symptoms?

No. PelviKit provides exercise education and low-impact fitness programming. It is not medical care and should not replace pelvic health physical therapy or clinician guidance.

How much space do I need?

A yoga mat-sized area plus access to a clear wall is enough for most sessions. The kit stores in a small shelf or tote.

How many sessions are included?

The printed guide covers 8 weeks. Digital access includes 24 follow-along sessions across pelvic floor basics, wall Pilates, ring strength, sliders, and postpartum-aware progressions.

Is there a subscription?

No required subscription. The launch bundle includes the digital studio library with purchase.

What if I feel pressure, pain, or leaking?

Stop the session and consult a qualified healthcare professional. Those symptoms deserve individual guidance.
